In-person Energy Healing Sessions are available in the Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas! For these sessions, I will bring everything to you! I will come to your home (or office) for your session. If you would like an in-person session, please choose that when booking.

Aura Cleanse

For remote Aura Cleanse sessions, you will need about 30 minutes of uninterrupted time (no driving or working). You do not have to be on the phone or on zoom for this appointment and it can even be done while you sleep. Once you book online, you will receive a confirmation email with more details.

For in-person sessions, I will arrive at the address about 5-10 minutes early to set up. Your appointment will take 30 minutes and will start promptly at the scheduled time.

Shamanic Healing

What is Shamanic Healing?
It is the practice of addressing the spirit’s illnesses by eliminating all the negativity and toxic emotions lurking beyond the surface. While modern medicine deals with diseases of the body, shamanism deals with those of the soul, which often influence and even trigger physical disorders. Solving your internal conflicts is paramount for achieving spiritual, emotional, and mental stability, which will allow you to restore your aura and regulate your internal energy.

After booking your session online, I will contact you via email with more details. For remote sessions, you will need about an hour and a half (90 minutes) of uninterrupted time (no driving or working during the session).

In-Person Reiki Session

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to encourage emotional and/or physical healing.

What to expect during a Reiki Session?
Your first Reiki Session will be 90 minutes. This will include a 30 min consultation before the healing will begin. After the first session, each additional session will be 60 minutes. Each session is customized to fit your mental, emotional, and physical needs.

For this in-person session, I will bring a massage table and everything I need for the session. Although this type of healing is called “hands-on healing” there is actually no touching of the physical body. I will be working with your energetic body only.

Most people just relax during a session and may even fall asleep. Some people may feel emotions coming up during the session and this is completely normal. I create a safe space for you to express those emotions any time you need to.

After the session, most people feel relaxed and “lighter”. You may also feel a decrease in anxiety and physical pain after the session.
